Delivery Policy — Academy of Excellence

1. What we deliver

All Academy of Excellence products are digital: on-demand video courses, downloadable PDFs, and access to our student community. We ship no physical goods.

2. When you get it

Instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed by our provider (typically under 30 seconds), you receive:

An email receipt at the address you provided.
A login link and access to your course in your account area.
An invitation to the WhatsApp community, if applicable.

3. If you didn't get it

Check your spam folder first. If your access has not arrived within 15 minutes:

Sign in at academyofexcellence.co.za/auth with the email you used at checkout — your course will already be attached to your account.
Email hello@academyofexcellence.co.za with your order reference. We respond within one working day.

4. Technical requirements

Any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop, tablet or mobile. A stable internet connection of at least 3 Mbps for HD video playback.
